Before auditioning for AKB48, Takamina competed in The 30th HoriPro Talent Contest (第30回ホリプロタレントスカウトキャラバン) and was among the Top 15 out of 52,547 contestants. She received the loudest applause after her singing performance during this contest, and was the only girl who didn't cry when the winner was announced.

- Takamina auditioned for AKB48 and was one of 24 girls to be selected to join, out of 7924 applicants. It was revealed on the July 7th, 2010 episode of AKBINGO! that the only reason Takamina passed the initial written auditions was because of her height (148cm) and her birthdate (4/8/1991).
- She debuted on stage on the 8th of December, 2005.

menarik, dan pembahasan tentang cintanya yang sangat mengena, yang paling
spesial buat orang yang jatuh cinta diam-diam yang menggambarkan gimana
seseorang yang mencintai seseorang tapi takut untuk mengungkapkannya. Yang
mungkin hal tersebut pernah dirasakan oleh hampir semua orang. Gaya bahasa dan

Losari beach is a beauiful beach
and located on the edge city of makassar. Its located onlly about 3 km from the
center of makasar (karebosi park). The beach udes to be the longlest cafe in
asia because many cafes stand in along the beach, but now the cafes are collected
in a special place so it does not spread along the coast. Charm of the beach in
manily seen in the evening when the sunset stand out. This major attraction of
people’s comming to the Losari beach. Every evening hundresds of people come
witness the panorama of red as the sun will disappear into the ocean, so do not
miss the sunset at the Losari beach. If the sky sunny , the scenery is
absolutely perfect. Because of its location in a bay, the water of Losari is
even often quiet as usual pool water.
The pelataran bahari also serves as
the stadium of open water to watch the coastal waters in front of Losari beach.
This coastal water is often used as a racecourse jet ski, boat races and
traditional boat jolloro katinting, or become a transmit point of rely of
sandeq traditional sailboats and yachts. In Losari there are also a few Hotels.
